These will be appended to your initial application submission under username . The following documents should be uploaded into the application form in either MS Word or PDF format. You may submit the form without them and log in to upload them to your account later.



    Name as follows: "YourLastName - Resume". Allowed types: doc, docx, pdf. Max file size: 10 MB


    Name as follows: "YourLastName - Statement". Allowed types: doc, docx, pdf. Max file size: 10 MB


    Name as follows: "YourLastName - Synopsis". Allowed types: doc, docx, pdf. Max file size: 10 MB

    The following documents may be uploaded if you have them as a PDF, or you may email them to the Fellowship, fellowship@winstonfellowship.org,
    office by the deadline. Please note that all letters of recommendation must be on the personal or organizational letterhead
    of the individual writing the letter and must be signed.

    Name file as follows: "YourLastName - LOR2". Allowed type: pdf. Max file size: 10 MB


    Name file as follows: "YourLastName - LOR3". Allowed type: pdf. Max file size: 10 MB


    Name file as follows: "YourLastName - UGTranscript". Allowed type: pdf. Max file size: 10 MB

    Note: While we do not need an official sealed transcript, we cannot accept a transcript that you generate yourself from a
    website. It must either be a copy of a transcript printed by the registrar or sent from the registrar. It is possible to have the
    registrar email transcripts directly to the Fellowship at fellowship@winstonfellowship.org
